At Jump! The BABY Store, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. If a size isn't right or you've changed your mind, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn baby apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
